ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE PLACED.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON:
- Underwear/Undergarments
- Launch Products, Quickstrikes, Hyperstrikes, Raffle Items
- Gift Cards
- Sale or Clearance Items
- Items purchased with a Discount Code or Free Shipping Promotion
- Items missing original packaging, tags, stickers, or collateral materials.
- Items worn, damaged, odorous, or not in original condition
- Shipping Costs
Eligible Return & Exchanges
- Regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Sale, clearance, launch, and discounted items are not refundable. Store credit will be issued instead.
HOW TO START THE PROCESS:

- Log in with email or SHOP account used for your order.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds are typically process within 7 days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
- $7 flat rate for return shipping (customer → STNDRD).
- $7 flat rate for exchange shipping (STNDRD → customer).
Shipping Guidelines:
- Footwear must be double-boxed (shoe box inside a shipping box). Non-compliant shipments will be refused.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. STNDRD is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed items during transit.
