NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Launch Products/Quickstrikes/Hyperstrikes/Raffle Items
- Gift Cards
- Sale and Clearance Items
- Items purchased with a Discount Code or Free Shipping Promotion
- Items missing the box, hang tags, sticker, and other collateral materials.
- Items that have been worn, odorous, damaged, or not in original condition
- All Shipping Costs
Return and Exchanges
Items eligible for a refund or exchange may be exchanged or processed for a refund within 14 Calendar Days of Purchase.
Sale / Clearance / Launch items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately launch product, sale/discounted, and items purchased using a discount or free shipping code cannot be refunded. A Store Credit will be issued in those instances.
HOW TO START THE PROCESS:
- Please contact "INFO[at]STNDRDNOLA.COM" with your Order Number and a brief description of your issue.
- We will issue you an RMA # and shipping instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days.
- ALL Shipping Costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you are returning footwear, please double box (enclose the shoe box in a shipping box.)If you are shipping an item we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items that are lost, damaged, destroyed in the shipping process.
