Online Orders CANNOT be exchanged or returned to a physical store. Please follow the instructions below.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • Underwear/Undergarments
  • Launch Products/Quickstrikes/Hyperstrikes/Raffle Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale and Clearance Items
  • Items purchased with a Discount Code or Free Shipping Promotion
  • Items missing the box, hang tags, sticker, and other collateral materials.
  • Items that have been worn, odorous, damaged, or not in original condition 
  • All Shipping Costs

Return and Exchanges

Items eligible for a refund or exchange may be exchanged or processed for a refund within 14 Calendar Days of Delivery.

Sale / Clearance / Launch items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately launch product, sale/discounted, and items purchased using a discount or free shipping code cannot be refunded. A Store Credit will be issued in those instances.


HOW TO START THE PROCESS:

  • Please email "info[at]stndrdnola.com" with a short description of your issue.
  • You will need your Order Number (SAC####) and Email Address used to place the order.
  • You may ship the shoes back to us using your own carrier or you may ask for a label to be provided at an additional cost.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days.
  • ALL Shipping Costs including all return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

    Shipping

    If you are returning footwear, please double box (enclose the shoe box in a shipping box.)

    If you are shipping an item we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items that are lost, damaged, destroyed in the shipping process.
